Paste your DMS report
Copy your full DMS report and paste it below. Your 13-column DMS layout works with or without headers, including cells pasted downward on separate lines; buyer initials, delivery date, deal number, trade vehicle, and salesperson initials are ignored. Other reports with matching headers can have extra columns in any order. Seven- and eight-column reports without headers should contain the sold vehicle in their vehicle column. Older reports labeled Trade Vehicle leave Sold Vehicle blank. Review the preview before confirming. Unknown in Sales 2 means no split.
Imports are previewed before you confirm. Up to 1,000 rows per month, matching the workbook. Replacing affects only the selected month.| Customer Name | Front Gross | Back Gross | Total Gross | Sold Vehicle | New/Used | Sales 1 | Sales 2 | Delivery Date |

Leave Minimum / flat pay blank for automatic calculation. Enter an amount to replace that deal’s front commission with your exact flat pay (after any split). Clear it to restore automatic pay. Replacing a month’s deals removes its overrides. Customer Name, Total Gross, Sold Vehicle, and Sales 1 are reference fields. Calculations use Front Gross, Back Gross, New/Used, and Sales 2. Back Gross is counted in full on split deals, as in your spreadsheet.Month-over-month history

Commission rates
These settings apply to every saved month. Defaults come directly from your uploaded workbook.
Total-unit bonus tiers
| Minimum units | Maximum units | Bonus ($) |
|---|
NEW-unit bonus tiers
| Minimum NEW | Maximum NEW | Bonus ($) |
|---|
Minimum commissions
| Minimum adjusted NEW | NEW minimum ($) |
|---|
Each NEW or USED deal pays the greater of its front percentage commission or its applicable minimum. A split receives half of the applicable minimum. The NEW minimum tier is based on the month's adjusted NEW units.
Other commission rules
Base rate applies below 13 adjusted units. At 13–18: 30%. Above 18: 35%. Total-unit tiers are inclusive ranges: 12–14, 15–17, 18–20, and 21–24. For example, 14.5 units earns no unit bonus. The 25+ tier pays $0. Positive Front Gross below $1 also earns no front percentage pay, matching the spreadsheet.
A nonblank Sales 2 name marks a split, except “Unknown.” Split front gross and units receive 50% credit. Back Gross receives full credit. If a deal’s front percentage commission is below its minimum, the minimum replaces that commission. Back Gross pay and monthly bonuses are added separately.
